the apartment felt like a true home away from home, and it was fully equipped for everything we needed. the staff, especially michael and rachel, were helpful and always willing to provide useful information about our daily plans. the spacious layout of the apartment, combined with the clean and relaxing pool area, made our time enjoyable and comfortable. we looked forward to waking up every day, excited for our adventures.
Not one thing 🤷♂️.

The place was good value. Had very positive stay in the Easter holidays. The staff were very good and kind too. This hotel was located in a very central area not far from beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes, Braddon cafes, shops and central shopping centre, restaurants and a quick drive to tourist destinations. Main bar was nice.

Spacious two-bedroom apartments close to great restaurants, perfect for families. The pool was a hit with the kids, although a bit too chlorinated for my taste.

Although the decor felt a little dated, it was impeccably clean, which made for a pleasant environment. The hotel’s central location was a definite highlight, providing easy access to many nearby restaurants and food outlets. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
My room did not have the air conditioning turned on upon arrival, which made it a bit warm initially.

The location, i.e proximity to the City Center and the ease of finding it by car. The balconies with a nice view, which also meant that it was possible to open the windows. The spaciousness of the apartment. The kitchen included the essentials for a quick meal and breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
During my stay I was extremely disturbed by the road works taking place outside through out the whole night. I think that rooms facing the road should not have been rented out during that period or at least a warning and price reduction should have been offered. I did call during the night to voice my concern about the noise, but not even an apology was offered to me at any time during the night or in the morning, although the night staff promised to notify the manager. Furthermore we tried to have our dinner at Breeze, but relocated to Mac Donald's after a 40 minute wait and still no sign of anyone having dinner at 6.30 pm.

We really enjoyed hotel's marvellous and brilliant location!!
The hotel was absolutely great, it had kind staff with your manager. The room was absolutely great and bright and the view of sunsets and the telstra tower was excellent. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

The location of this place is pretty awesome! You're within walking distance to great food options and there's on-site parking that won't break the bank. Plus, I loved that pets are welcomed without those ridiculous extra cleaning fees, which is a huge plus for pet owners like me.
But wow, my experience was a total letdown. Not a place I'd recommend unless they sort out these issues!

Great location and restaurant had fantastic food. Great facilities in kitchen.
Cushions a nightmare on the neck. House keeping didn't come first day because we left room at 12 noon. Need TV in both bedrooms.

Very happy
The cost of internet access is a bit steep. Would be nicer if the bins of the next door hotel were not visible to the Clifton guests, perhaps they could be a little more considerate of their neighbours (ie Clifton)
